The essence of coaching is that we already have the answers we need within us. My role is to help you uncover these answers. This is done through a number of conversational techniques including questioning, active listening, observation and reflecting back.

When these techniques are used, you gain greater self-awareness and often an insight you hadn’t seen previously. Having a non-biased, non-judgemental person available to provide focused attention gives you space to understand how to move forward. 

If you’re feeling lost or unsure about something, coaching can provide clarity, direction and focus. If you’re struggling to make a change, coaching can help raise your self-awareness and both understand and change certain behaviours.

Coaching can boost confidence, improve work performance, and build effective communication skills. The benefits can be even more vast and specific to an individual.

• An initial free 30 minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have about the coaching process and an overview of your current situation. A great chance to connect and get to know one another.

• Coaching sessions will be for one hour (longer laser sessions can be agreed where appropriate*).

• The beginning of the session will be used to identify a goal or an area you would like to work on.

• Follow up sessions will be a  with a focus of forward progression, unlocking potential and achieving goals. These sessions will be used to catch up from the previous session in order to continue to work on aims and goals. Sessions are generally recommended to take place 2 weeks apart (4 to 6 recommended sessions).

• We will always work collaboratively to explore ways in which you can develop and suit you to help you progress.

• May involve practical activities and planning your next steps, but most importantly, the sessions will be based on what works best for you.

• Session packages start with a minimum of four sessions after the initial consultation.

• *Laser sessions will be between 90 minutes and 2 hours.

• Sessions can be conducted face-to-face or remotely, usually over the phone, over email, via video calls and occasionally through instant messaging.

• Book your first session either remotely or face to face, in which we will explore your goals in more depth and agree how to move forward.

• I do not offer advice however I may be able to make suggestions tailored to you.

• I offer a non-judgemental and safe space.

• You will leave with more clarity and/or a concise plan to help you work on your target area.
